All Sales Are Final
Plus Ultra Coffee operates as a final-sale retailer. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on items due to change of mind, sizing, color preference, or any reason other than those outlined below.
Damaged in Transit
If your item arrives damaged, we'll replace it free of charge.
To qualify, you must:
- Report the damage within 72 hours of delivery
- Email info@PlusUltraCoffee.com with your order number
- Include clear photos of:
- The damaged item
- All original packaging (outer box, padding, shipping labels)
What happens next:
- We'll ship an exact replacement at no cost to you.
- If the exact item is no longer available, we'll issue store credit for the full purchase price.
- For items under $50, you may keep or dispose of the damaged item.
- For items $50 and over, we'll send a prepaid return label so we can file a carrier claim.
Defective Items
If your item has a manufacturing defect (different from transit damage), we'll replace it within 30 days of delivery under the same process described above. Photos and a brief description of the defect are required.
Wrong Item or Missing Package
- Wrong item shipped: Email us within 7 days of delivery. We'll send the correct item and a prepaid return label for the incorrect one.
- Package marked delivered but missing: Contact us within 7 days of the delivery date. We'll work with the carrier to investigate and make it right.
Event Admission Tickets
Event admission tickets are non-refundable, with two exceptions:
- Tickets are transferable. If you can't attend, you may give your ticket to someone else — just email us the new attendee's name at least 24 hours before the event.
- If Plus Ultra Coffee cancels the event, you'll receive a full refund or the option to transfer your ticket to a future event date.
How to Start a Claim
Email info@PlusUltraCoffee.com with:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Photos (for damage or defect claims)
